Now

Just like many sites have an about page, others have taken the idea of also creating a now page that shows a more up-to-date description of the current focus (more details on https://nownownow.com/about).

Ventures with AI Native foundations

Software is no longer the moat of protection and just as during the peak of Web 2.0 many entrepreneurs dredged failed dotcom era business which were ahead of time to resurface them with mature and established technologies, so is the case today.

We have a brand new canvas and we have a small window of opportunity to get ahead while we can. Leveraging AI, the low cost of Software and embedding human insights and steering into a brave automated and agentic world.

Emerging Markets

The combination of both the disruption that AI is bringing and the dependancy of developed nations in technology is a double-edged sword that is raising its ugly head. Innovation and progress has stalled and shifted some time ago to Asia which has already peaked.

Africa is today's emerging market with LATAM following very closely.

LATAM on it's own has more Digital ready buyers today than all of the USA:

  • 300M digital ready shoppers
  • Only 13% e-commerce penetration
  • One of the worlds fastest growing regions with 20-25% compound annual growth

Project Luma (codename)

The global geo-political dynamics have changed. Many of our peers who either already have a 2nd passport or can gain one are already planning and migrating. Globalisation and travel have open our eyes and our appetite and geo-politics are the final nudge to find home elsewhere.

While this project is still under incubation period it has 3 distinct focuses and phases and is being developed in Colombia:

  1. Wellness Tourism for those who are reacting to an immediate life challenge such as corporate burnout or a sudden medical diagnosis. An oasis and a refuge to connect with nature, rhythms, movement and community.
  2. Sports tourism for athletes who are globe-trotters. Marathon runners, triathletes, cyclists have chosen a life of movement and who want to extend their travel in Colombia looking for wholistic tourism.
  3. Maturing gracefully. Planning years ahead of time to enter the later years gracefully, healthy, with movement, connected to both nature and community. As we pivot away from large families, as we decide to focus in building careers and wealth while also delaying life partnerships decisions we need to shift how we spend our latter years.
