With curiosity at his core, Diego has a rich cultural background where both his professional career, family and personal life has been split between the UK & Colombia. Self taught and entrepreneurial from early teens, he has worked primarily within Digital Agencies since the dotcom collapse working across many repeating sectors, industries and verticals.

He's able to wear multiple hats as a Software & Systems Architect, Tech Visionary, managing and scaling large Engineering teams but also as a Consultant with practical hands-on experience in Software, Digital, Infrastructure and Security, all 3 of which have been common and repeating pillars.

His passion extends to Product and Social Enterprise and Mibstar Ventures is nurtured as vessel to combine these passions which intertwine health, wellness, nature and life rhythms. In other words Architecting life that blends personal and professional experiences into a cohesive and coherent life.

Diego is a father of 2 who is a keen runner and who enjoys discovering new nature trails but in particular hiking.
