What happens when you have a cottage industry with a blank canvas but have access to numerous AI tools?
It’s easy to be as startled as a deer with an incoming headlight, not knowing how to react to an impending car crash. That is unless you involve us who understand the impeding technology and AI landscape.
With a deadline in sight, we replaced the existing WordPress site in a single day, leveraging hybrid tools that included AI. Keeping the humanity at the core due to the nature of the brand and products. Ingesting existing digital assets but also formalising a brand palette and design system. No need to understand how the original site was set up. No migration. Just a blank canvas.
We then tackled the systematisation of the business. Starting from raw materials, costs, ingredients, recipes, batch processing, and safety (dates, audit, ingredients, perishables). Overkill? While the business strategy may not include a franchise model - yes, we’re also not necessarily fans - treating your business as if it were a franchise allows you to focus on building a business that can scale. Identifying what can and should be systematised, automated, or even outsourced without losing sight of the original vision.
We’ve been iterating our understanding collaboratively, prototyping, and shipping in weekly cycles. The more we help define the products, structure the variants of the presentations, shapes, and sizes, the more we understand the business and help build the product catalogue.
