We all have innate creative abilities and we don't have to be artists to be generative. When two mind, cultures, perspectives or ways of doing things collide there's potential to create something new. Not to simply divide and conquer but to learn a revised, tweaked approach. To find a win-win instead of simply letting the most imposing lead the way.
